Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Tourcito app, website, and services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to accept on its behalf.

Services

Tourcito connects travelers and local guides. We are not a travel agency and do not control or guarantee guide services. Bookings are direct between travelers and guides, with Tourcito providing the platform and support.

User responsibilities

Provide accurate information, respect local laws, and use the services responsibly. Guides must present accurate profiles and honor accepted bookings. Travelers must follow reasonable instructions and meet agreed times and locations.

Payments

Payments, refunds, and any applicable fees are handled according to the flow presented during booking. Additional terms may apply to payment processing partners. Pricing details may change and will be shown before you confirm a booking.

Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse the services, attempt to bypass security, or engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior toward travelers, guides, or Tourcito staff.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourcito disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tourcito’s total liability for any claims arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid to Tourcito for the booking giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if no payment was made.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tourcito from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
